Cookie Policy

This policy explains how the QData Projects website uses cookies and similar technologies. As of the date below we use necessary cookies and local preference storage only — not advertising or third-party marketing trackers.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

This Cookie Policy applies to projects.qdata.cloud (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. We use these tools to operate the Website securely and remember limited preferences.

2. How we use cookies

We currently rely on strictly necessary and functional preference storage. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies on the Website as of the date above.

3. Cookies and storage we may set

Names and durations may change as we improve the Website. Material new categories (especially analytics or advertising) will be reflected in this policy before activation where consent is required.

4. Application (SaaS) cookies

After you sign in to the QData Projects application, additional cookies or tokens may be required for authentication, CSRF protection and session management. Those are necessary to provide the SaaS service under your customer agreement and are not advertising cookies. Details for a given tenant may also appear in customer documentation.

5. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide a service you request (Website security, locale routing, sign-in continuity). Functional preference storage that is not strictly necessary is used based on our legitimate interest in a usable interface and/or your choice in the UI; where local law requires consent for such storage, we will obtain it before enabling non-necessary categories.

6. Managing cookies

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the Website (for example language or theme).
  • Clear site data / local storage for projects.qdata.cloud to reset theme and notice preferences.
  • Because we do not run advertising cookies on the Website, there is currently no advertising opt-out panel beyond this informational notice.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this page and, where required, request consent before setting them.
